Friday, January 20, 2012

3:00 p.m.: Check-In
4:00 p.m.: Fireside gathering in the Lodge Lobby
6:00 p.m.: Dinner on your own in the Lodge Restaurant
7:00 p.m.: Fireside Storytelling Showcase in the Lodge Lobby
Cookies, hot chocolate, and coffee will be provided.

Saturday, January 21

Breakfast on your own in the Lodge Restaurant
10:00 a.m.: TT Steering Committee Meeting
10:00 a.m.: TT Story Swap (Lodge Lobby)
Lunch on your own at the Lodge Restaurant or surrounding area (list of local attractions & eateries will be available)
1:00 p.m.: TT Board Meeting
1:30 – 3:00 p.m.: Workshop: Storytelling 101 (Lodge guests and interested parties are invited/ staff development points are available for local teachers)
4:00 p.m.: Fireside gathering in the Lodge Lobby
6:00 p.m.: Dinner on your own in the Lodge Restaurant
7:00 p.m.: Fireside Storytelling Showcase in the Lodge Lobby
Cookies, hot chocolate, and coffee will be provided.

Reservation Policy: Reservations require a deposit equal to the first night rate plus tax. ($49 plus 5% room tax) This is a special rate for Territory Teller members.
Cancellation Policy: The reservation must be cancelled five days prior to arrival to ensure a full refund. The deposit will be forfeited if cancellation is not received five days prior to arrival.
Check-in: Check in is after 3:00 pm. Every effort will be made to have your accommodations ready; however, delays may be encountered during peak season.
