At our festival, you will hear stories from many wonderful Oklahoma storytellers, but here are a few of our featured ones.

Kyle Dahlem

As an educator for 42 years, Kyle Dahlem believes that stories are the essence of life, culture and belief. With that philosophy, she has used stories from many places and times to increase understanding in her students of all ages. From China to Africa to the United States and countries in between, these places provide the wisdom and fun of ageless tales that Kyle tells.

Greg Rodgers
A member of the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma, Greg is a writer and storyteller. Greg is an alumnus of the University of Oklahoma's Native American Studies Program. Greg is the author of The Ghost of Mingo Creek. Published by Forty-Sixth Star Press, this collection of eight spooky short stories is based on legends from throughout the Sooner State.

DWe Williams
DWe Williams, a noted dramatist, uses storytelling and drama as a primary tool to enhance arts integration in the schools. Dwe uses song, rhythm, movement, and participation to create a rich storytellying experience.
